Article 1
The interview guide template is a very involving interview that can be implemented in
various ways to achieve the end goals of the interviewer. In essence, I found that the interview
gave a scope of what the whole topic of discussion was about. In the interview, it is easy to
note the various types of questions listed. The fact is that an individual can be able to choose
one of these questions to ask critical questions about the strategic management of businesses.
Especially small businesses, makes the interview guide appropriate for research in the area
mentioned (Englander, 2012). These aspects of the interview guide template will help the
interviewer come up with critical questions that will provide the right type of information that
is needed for research purposes. In summary, the interview guide template offers a broad range
of helpful material for conducting an interview of nature included. The important aspects of
time have also been included in the guide. This makes the interview guide template a very
resourceful learning material.
Article 2
The interview guide template is not as attracting as any other interview template out
there. For starters, the template has some of its text written in a small font such that one is not
able to view and read the material comfortably and with a lot of ease. It makes one struggle
throughout the process of using the material. Other than that, all the other sections of the
interview guide template seemed to be just fine. However, one cannot avoid noticing the level
of specification attained by the interview guide (Seidman, 2013). All the important critical
questions in the guide are working towards providing the interviewer with the right type and

amount of information (Guion et al., 2011). The interview guide template does all these without
seeing to guide the researcher to create an unreliable interview that will provide information
that is off-topic and therefore not relevant to the cause of the research.
