Article 1
The article clearly identifies the global perspective of challenges that different
individuals face every day. More to that, there is an aspect of leadership that needs to be clearly
integrated to come up with the solutions to such problems in life. The argument in the article is
clearly stipulated. The author has sufficiently shown the significance of research on matters
societal. In his or her view as a developing scholar, the author identifies the need for research
on the issue that concerns transformational leadership and its relationship to employee
engagement in the work environment (Howlader et al., 2015)s. Consequently, the author did
not stop at the research level. He or she indicated the significance of transformational
leadership at the organizational level. In addition to that, the overall effective organizational
leadership will transmit to the solving of societal problems in an organization’s environment.
Article 2
The article starts on a precise note with the definition of social change according to
Walden University. The definition of social change in the broad perspective is the aspect of
alteration in the norm or social behavior of a community of people. In the second paragraph,
the author brings in the corporation perspective on the significance of social change through the
social impact on the supply chains of certain organizations. From the article, it is clear that
some organizations of global corporations go by their supply chains without realizing the social
impact they have immediately on the environment of that organization (Ashby et al., 2012).
Comes in the issue of the quality of raw materials being supplied to these organizations by their
suppliers. It is adamant that legal framework of the contracts basis comes in mind when the
quality of supplied products is questionable.
