I am delighted as I take this opportunity to respond to your letter concerning full refund request
on the earrings. I first want to state that this was unfortunate as I submit our apologies. The
company does value its customers and it has come to us as a surprise that the earrings were
defective.

In line with your request, the company management sat and reached a consensus. The
management agreed that the earrings sold be brought back for their verification. After
verification, you will be given new earrings worth $3000. The compromise decision was reached
and will apply. The reason for this action is to ensure that you get value for your money. This is a
decision that is in tandem with the company policies and regulations on goods once sold. Once
any product leaves our premises, the buyer will have to bear some of its costs if that product is
returned for whichever reason.
As the seller, we have put in place sufficient measures to ensure that products we sell are of high
quality. Therefore, a case like this is rear and if it arises as it has done, we ensure that we also
bear the costs. Therefore, as a company, we ask that you be contended with the offer we have
given you. I hope that you have not lost as you have a replacement of the products you were
sold. The reason why we do not refund cash is engrained in our policies. Nevertheless, we make
sure that we attend to our clients and give them satisfactory services.
